Went to the free monday night...

Went to the free monday night comedy show and the best comics (4ish out of 9) were the ones that didn’t feel insecure by criticizing the audience for not laughing at their unfunny jokes which I thought was weird it happened multiple times. The host Aaron Berg was a great opener though. It was free so can’t complain too much and there’s no drink/food minimums if you don’t feel like getting anything.

Absolutely worth having some cocktails here, they’re really good. The comedy show was a bit awkward because we were a tough crowd lol but nice amateur comedians. Place is cool and big.

As a bar and service this is a fabulous place. Comedy space is unreasonably tight, to the point of cancellation! That aside, it’s a great time to spend some time at and get upcoming comics with some name pop ins. Overall recommend

This amazing restaurant features fresh hand made pasta and a wood fire pizza oven. They also have amazing fine dining options including steaks and fish. Oh yea. There is also a comedy club too. 😆 you don’t have to come for either of the two stages and nightly shows. The food, atmosphere and service are worth the short walk from union square.
