Booking Policy
If there is cancellation by either Renter or Venue and it is more than 30 days prior to the Reservation Date, the full amount paid will be returned, less processing fees, if cancellation by Renter. Cancellations made less than 30 days from the event date, will forfeit 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations within 7 days of your event and no-shows will be charged for the full reservation time.

My experience at Loft 39 for the bartending and spirits competition on August 12, 2024, was truly unbelievable! As the host, I had some initial worries about how everything would turn out, but all of my concerns were quickly put to rest thanks to the excellent communication from the team. Anytime I needed a recommendation, I received a quick and helpful response. Kendall was fantastic to work with and incredibly accommodating, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. The space itself was amazing—versatile, stylish, and perfect for creating an engaging atmosphere. With the help of the Loft 39 team, it was easy to transform the space into exactly what we envisioned for the competition. I highly recommend Loft 39 for any event. The professionalism, responsiveness, and overall quality of the venue make it a top choice for hosting memorable experiences.

Loft39 is a great place to have a party. We hosted our 10th anniversary for our shop there. The staff is incredible. They’re extremely responsive and gave us a lot of flexibility in our plans. We hosted an event with Loft39 and booked their rooftop space which also came with their 5th FL space as a backup in case of inclement weather. Both spaces were beautiful and perfectly suited the requirements for our event. The location was also perfect being based in a prominent area in the city. Working with Kendall and the greater venue team was a pleasure as they accommodated our needs in any way possible to help make our event successful. We would certainly recommend their spaces, as they have multiple great options to choose from and would be happy to book with them again!
