This space is one of New York City's most unique event venues. Featuring a historic venue, centrally located in Soho, with plenty of natural light and rustic Americana design, it will undoubtedly impress you and your guests. This airy, sun-soaked front room is perfect for events of all kinds. Rustic furnishings, high ceilings, and panoramic windows make it feel spacious and welcoming, while the lofted DJ booth, AV system, and dimmable lights help you create the perfect ambiance.
Our designer event space is the perfect spot for your birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, engagement, weddings, product launches, charity parties, off-site company meetings, workshops, social events, networking events, lectures, or panels.

Our space is decorated with custom-made furniture taken from actual barns across the US. The space features a DJ booth overlooking the venue and also modular furnishings designed to be used for events of all kinds. Multiple arrangements can be created to host any type of event from a corporate presentation to a holiday-company party.

Booking Policy
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event's start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. We can however accommodate rescheduling on an alternate available date, additional fees may be incurred as rates differ by time, day and date.

I was in town for a day and had to take a remote meeting at 7pm. The Farm was the perfect spot to have it -- semi-private phone booths, wide communal tables. Few people were there, so you could take up generous space. I didn't make use of all the amenities, but I'll keep it on my list as a great place to hole up and get work done . 👍

We hosted a panel at The Farm Soho and our experience was excellent! Ozlem, the events coordinator, was extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. She made sure that all of our questions were answered and our needs were met. We will definitely be using this space again!

Excellent space for productivity and collaboration. It has all the amenities you need for a long day. They provide rental monitors, actual soundproof booths and meeting rooms, and an excellent coffee machine. For real, the steamed milk (or Oat Milk) is correct! The Farm staff are great people who are easy to work with and accommodating. Lastly, the location, just a 90-second walk from the Canal St MTA station and 150 ft from an M1/M55 bus stop makes it an easy commute.

We recently held an all-day meeting at The Farm Soho. Ozlem and the team were genuinely fantastic before and during the event. They were always available to talk and answer any questions during the planning process. I was very stressed on the day of the event since we were hosting colleagues from out of town. When I arrived at the venue, the team greeted me in the most friendly and helpful manner, putting me at ease. As the event went on, if any issues occurred, the team was right there to step in and help.

• Great user dashboard • Kisi app makes access to the space very convenient. • Very clean and well furnished space. • Comfortable and convenient furniture. • Open 24 hour. I was in town for a client meeting, and I needed a space to work from early in the morning. I was able to get into the space at 6 AM without any issues, and I was up and running with a coffee in hand within 5 minutes. Amazing experience, and this will become my go-to space when I'm in New York for work!

I hosted an event at The Farm Soho (447 Broadway) in May 2024. The space comfortably welcomed 20 people seated, and still felt very spacious. The internet, screen sharing on TV and Projector, AC ,etc, worked perfectly. The restrooms were well maintain, and they have a good self-service coffee area, with fridge as well. I would add that the natural light is amazing. The manager and staff were ultra professional, facilitating everything for us, with friendly communication and sympathy. In the heart of Soho, with great location and accessibility, I highly recommend it for your next event!

This is a great space and as far as I can tell, the **only** 24/7 space in NYC you can get a day pass to. That's huge if you need to set up before 0800 / 0900. Plus it's a fun quirky space with tons of room.
